A written offer you can hold us to.
We buy houses and flats that need work, patience or a buyer without a chain. Every offer comes with the reasoning behind it, proof of funds on request, and no fees to pay us.
What an offer from Wrenmoor includes.
Every offer we make begins as a written figure: how we reached it, what the works will cost, and the evidence beside it. A number your agent or your solicitor can examine before anything at all is agreed.
The figure, in writing
A written offer you can hold us to. Not a range, not "circa", and not a number that shrinks after a survey without a reason we can show you.
The reasoning
How we got there: condition, comparable sales and the cost of works needed. Available on request to you or your agent.
Proof we can proceed
Proof of funds and our solicitor's details accompany any offer taken forward, so you can qualify us first.
No fees to pay us
We are the buyer, so we make our money on the property, never on you. No call centres and no case numbers either.
Three steps, and solicitors do the rest.
Tell us about the property
An address and a sentence is enough. We do our own research and never ask you to fill in anything beyond the short form below.
We assess and make an offer
Condition, comparable sales and works needed, then a figure in writing, usually within a few days.
Solicitors take it to exchange
Everything runs through solicitors in the normal way. No chain on our side, and no renegotiation without reason.
The easiest buyer on your book.
We are buyers, acting principally, and we treat agents as the professionals in the transaction: quick responses, honest positions, and no wasted viewings. If an offer of ours is declined, we will tell you our ceiling rather than drip-feed.
We are happy to be qualified before submission. Proof of funds, solicitor details and our position on any property are available to you on request.
The questions people ask us.
Do you charge me anything?
No. We are the buyer, so we make our money on the property, not on you. You pay your own solicitor as in any sale, and nothing to us.
Will your offer be below the asking price?
Usually, yes. We buy for investment, take on the condition risk, and buy without a chain, and the offer reflects that. What we will never do is dangle a high number and cut it late. The figure comes with its reasoning, and it only changes if something material we can show you changes.
How fast can you move?
Our offer usually lands within a few days of seeing the details. After that, the pace is set by solicitors and by you: with no chain on our side there is nothing on our end to wait for.
The property needs serious work. Is that a problem?
The opposite. Short leases, structural movement, part-finished refurbishments and tired stock are often exactly what we are looking for.
How do I know you are genuine?
Qualify us. We are a member of the Property Redress Scheme, and proof of funds plus our solicitor's details accompany any offer taken forward. Your agent or solicitor is welcome to check everything before you commit to anything.
Am I under any obligation if I enquire?
None. An enquiry gets you a conversation and, if you want it, a written offer. What you do with it is entirely up to you.
Tell us about a property.
Thirty seconds with the form, or one email. A person reads every enquiry and a person replies, usually the same working day.
